This Beauty has everything one would want and much more. A Flat screen TV in the master, one in the main Salon, fully loaded Galley with full size fridge and freezer, oven, stovetop with three electric burners, microwave, spice rack, tons of storage for food and flatware, a convertible satee that seats 5 with plenty of light and lights. It is a galley down as well as the satee. The forward stateroom is a center walk around, so no climbing over or having to shimmy across to get out of bed. The matress is a really comfy custom fitted memory foam matress as is the master stateroom's. She has two heads that are both shower ready but only the rear master head has the shower which is a full sized stand up enclosed shower. The countertops are marble and the master head has a brand new computer controlled auto flush head unit. Everything works to perfection and is flawless. Even the interrior floors have custom herringbone hardwood flooring, not that cheap ugly parkey'd squares that other boats have. She runs strong and quiet with no leaks and no vibrations. She holds some 500 gal fuel and 200 plus potable with a 45 gal blackwater with pump out maserator and ports. A brand new winch motor on the Davit atop the sun deck which also has a stripper pole mounted not only because it is functional as a solid brass stripper pole, but also lends itself to structural strength for the upper deck should you decide to put a center console inflatable up there. She has brand new exterior carpet on the fly bridge as well as the pocket strips and on the sundeck all custom made by C Canvas right here in Benicia. She has sooooooo much room inside and really feels like a 50' boat without the 50' slip fees. She sits 45 feet over all and has both a windlass with a custom painted claw anchor as well as a back up anchor, so you are never in a position that you can not anchor. She handles BIG seas like a champ. Great for taking her either up or down the coast. She has newly installed interior lighting with really makes her gorgeous teak POP. She has a bank of 7 batteries 4 of which are brand new and the others are relatively new all in perfect condition. She has a state of the art charging system that monitors battery life and will switch from DC to AC power at the touch of a button. She has not one but 4 (four) depth finders so you will always know how much clearance you have. She draws 3.8 feet and is 13.9 wide. 45 feet overall This is one of the most amazingly well designed and built motoryachts you will find for the money. Her 4 bladed props and 2" shafts are butter smooth and she cuts through the water like a dolphin. She comes with a custom set of boarding stairs that are also used as ample storage, as well as a custom tour set that folds up to about 2 feet square, about 15 FULL sized fenders, all the docklines and snubbers as well as 2 50 foot shore power cables and a miriad of splitters for 50amp and 30 amp stations.May 2014 UPDATE***THE PORT ENGINE IS apart and the number 1 and 2 cylinders are scored and she needs a new head gasket.
